We ship with The Courier Guy within South Africa, and UPS, FedEx, or DHL for international orders.

SOUTH AFRICAN ORDERS

➊ All orders are processed within 1 business day.
➋ During launches, restocks, and sale periods, processing times may be longer.
➌ FREE Express Shipping (up to 3 business days) on all orders over R700.
➍ Express Shipping (up to 3 business days) applies to orders under R700.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

➊ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
➋ We are legally required to declare the full value of all international shipments for customs and tax purposes.
➌ Delays caused by customs inspections, courier operations, or other external factors are unfortunately beyond our control.

ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS

➊ Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
➋ We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

➊ Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.

➋ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

➌ For hygiene reasons, ski masks, face coverings, and other worn accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

➍ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

➎ If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

➏ Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.

➐ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

➑ Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Trap Oath Music reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

➊ Once your payment has been successfully processed, your download will be available immediately or sent to the email address provided at checkout.

➋ Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission from Trap Oath Music.

➌ Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
